Return/Exchange Policy:

Returns:
Dungarees accepts returns of any item within 45 days of delivery of your original order. Returns must be in new, unwashed and resalable condition with all original manufacturers’ tags still attached to receive a full refund. Items returned not meeting the above requirements will be assessed a restocking fee at our discretion. The return of defective, mislabeled or incorrect items need to be authorized by a customer service representative and returned within 15 days of receiving your order. Instructions, shipping labels, and replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure quality service and satisfaction.

Exchanges:
You may exchange any item in new condition within 45 days of delivery of your order. All manufacturers’ tags must be attached or a restocking fee will be assessed at our discretion. Exchange shipping charges are the same as regular orders. If the value of the items being sent back to you for the exchange is over $55, the shipping is free. If the value is less than $55, there is a $5.95 shipping charge.

How To Return/Exchange an item:
Please wrap securely. Include the packing slip that you received with your shipment and indicate the reason for return. If you have misplaced the packing slip, click here for a return form. In this case you will need to include your name and phone number, as well as your order number and/or order date. Your package should be shipped via insured and prepaid freight. Exchange shipping charges are at your expense. We will make every effort to speed your exchange or refund and contact you if there are any questions or problems.

FOOTWEAR RETURNS:
Dungaree’s accepts returns of any item within 45 days of delivery of your original order. To ensure quality for you and other customers, footwear returns must be in 100% new condition, with no wear on tread and all original manufacturers’ tags still attached to receive a full refund. Items returned not meeting the above requirements will be shipped back to customer at customer’s expense.
